Sometimes, when I’m going to my Yahoo account to see if I’ve got any mail, this little advertisement slide show pops up, fading gently in and out, and leaving me with a general sense of “what the hell.”
Peripheral vision is tricky and I haven’t quite mastered it yet.

these are appropriately named “Knowledge Blocks” and i would have bought them if they didn’t cost 23 dollars at e-bay. of course i could have owned the rotary knife pen, bookbinding machines, and rubber 10-block-set for only $4. but how could i choose between those and the circular hexagon? or the duplicator? or the squirrelly cat and the swamp monster/giraffe?
the listen-o-scope is not available in stores & you may or may not appreciate hearing what your family is in fact saying to you, not limited to such utterances as,”mama, when are you going to make lunch” & “jenniey, it took me thirty minutes to make that thing and you are going to spend the rest of the day blogging about it?”
